I am a Clinical Psychologist and Somatic Experience Practitioner practicing in the South Bay of Los Angeles. I work with adults, adolescents, and families.

The client/therapist relationship is the upmost importance in order to create a safe and non judgmental environment. Therapy is place for healing and deep reflection. We all have an inherent capacity to heal ourselves, which can be thwarted by trauma, social influences, or adverse life experiences. Psychotherapy can provide different perspectives, restore balance, and mend internal wounds. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing space where individuals can reconnect with their inner strength, learn new coping strategies, and build meaningful connections.

I find great joy and fulfillment in supporting others on their healing journey. My interest in psychology began early, with an initial focus on child development and child psychology. Today, my practice focuses on working with adults, adolescents, and families.

Since 2010, I have been working in private practice in the South Bay. Prior to that, I gained experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities, including Kaiser Permanente and community mental health organizations contracted by the Department of Mental Health.

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2006 from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, and my Bachelor’s degree in 2002 from the University of California, San Diego. Committed to expanding my expertise, I have continued my education in mind-body-oriented psychotherapy. I completed a three-year training in Somatic Experiencing® and am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through an EMDRIA-approved program.

I am also certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
