Pricing
I offer sliding scale rates that are determined on an individual basis.
$225 per 50 min session
$385 per 90 min sessions for EMDR intensives
$600 per 180 min session for KAP or EMDR intensives
Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee will be applied for all sessions cancelled without 24 hour notice.
Accessing Administrative information:
For existing clients log onto https://cheryl-santiago-venture.clientsecure.me. to access invoices, consent forms/documents, and pay bills.

Out of Network:
Most PPO plans cover a portion of out of network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about out of network benefits.
For out of network coverage, payment in full is collected at the time of service. An invoice known as a superbill will be provided with information your insurance company needs to reimburse you for the service.
Depending on your plan you may receive compensation (full or partial) from the insurance.
Questions to ask your insurance:
Do I have mental health coverage?
Do I have a deductible to meet before services are covered? If so, what is my deductible?
Is there a limit of sessions per calendar year?
If you choose to use your insurance a diagnosis will be submitted to them in order to bill for services. In addition, insurance companies can audit therapy records at any time and have access to psychotherapy notes and assessments.
